Mac OS 9.0b4c3 (Code name: Sealed)

Not much is known about Mac OS 9.0b4c3 (Codename: Sealed).

One oddity is that the special menu is used to display the codename in this release, however it was said around Copland's development that the help menu would be used for future versions as it is always visible whereas the special menu can only be seen in the Finder. That said, all the version of Mac OS 8.x seen here (so far) have them in the special menu.
